On-site visit with claimant to confirm claimant identity, verify DOB, SSN, current address and telephone number, health status, current medical providers, medications, employment, sources of income, day to day activities, how their property/residence is being maintained, next of kin, along with a photo of claimant and residence, etc. all included in a comprehensive report.

On-site visit with the widow to confirm if remarried, current address, description of residence, telephone number, identification, health status, living arrangements, etc. all included in a comprehensive report.
