​Medical Canvass

 

Medical canvasses can reveal a pre-existing injury or treatment prior to DOL that might not have been disclosed by the claimant. We conduct a grid search expanding outward from the claimant’s primary residence to determine if the claimant has been seen at any medical facilities.

 

Facilities we canvass include, but are not limited to:

• Hospitals, Pharmacy, Urgent Care, PCP, Physical Therapy, X-Ray/MRI, etc.

Lifestyle Canvasses can reveal claimant activity. Types of facilities include:

• Gym, Golf/ Country Club, Local Sporting Team, Gun Club, etc.
